I am a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher and BWY Menopause Yoga trained with over 5 years Yoga teaching experience.
By combining my expertise in yoga with my coaching training, I offer a life coaching programme that is centered around your well-being and focuses your awareness on mind and body. I will help you feel healthy, present and confident to move towards your dreams and goals.
I’m also a DISC certified life coach coming towards the end of my ICF training and soon to be an ICF certified coach.
I will help you examine your challenges, take ownership of your actions and find clarity on what you really want from your professional and personal life.
